What you will do

• Lead a regional sales and distribution team to develop and manage relationships with key retail brokers and channel partners.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to drive growth across marketing, education, and product adoption.
• Acquire new leading brokers and channel partners to offer futures, options, and prediction market products.
• Monitor Americas retail landscape trends to provide actionable insights for global strategy and product development.
• Mentor sales talent through active coaching, skill development, and performance standard enforcement.
• Utilize a metrics-based framework and CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline and client engagement.

Requirements

• 20 years of experience within derivatives trading, preferably in the Retail segment.
• 10+ years of experience in leading a sales or business team.
• Strong understanding and relationships within active retail trading, including brokers, charting platforms, and crypto ecosystems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business targets.
• Expertise in persuasively communicating with executive stakeholders and senior management.
• Location: Based in Chicago.
