What you will do

• Lead the brand ICP process and execution across various markets.
• Develop and deploy scalable, best-in-class global communication assets and strategies.
• Manage the agencies ecosystem and drive post-campaign performance tracking and optimization.
• Collaborate with strategy and S&I teams to translate consumer insights into actionable growth.
• Foster a brand community by acting as the key point of contact for local teams.
• Create yearly integrated communications plans and a 3-year strategic pipeline.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand and product management.
• Proven track record in FMCG, preferably with regional or global responsibilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity and influence senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
