What you will do
- Leverage trend tools like WGSN, Mintel, and Spate to provide regular beauty insights via reports, newsletters, and social listening.
- Manage the internal trend platform on SharePoint, ensuring reports and frameworks are updated and amplified across the organization.
- Design and execute global qualitative and quantitative tests for the Lancaster skincare brand, managing the process from screener design to reporting.
- Translate marketing objectives into appropriate research methodologies to identify white spaces and category opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, and Digital teams to synthesize macro beauty trends and consumer needs.
- Deliver actionable insights and present results to senior stakeholders to support Business Review updates.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or from an engineering school (e.g., Sciences Po).
- At least 2 years of Consumer Market Insights (CMI) experience within beauty companies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a high capacity for extracting key insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- English proficiency is required as the company language.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically in the skincare or fragrance sectors.
- Experience using AI tools.
- French language skills.
