What you will do

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to target users and platforms.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the official YouTube channel, including content planning and optimization.
• Track and analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and provide performance reports using the PDCA cycle.
• Oversee the planning, production, and licensor approval process for original video content.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement across various social media platforms.
• Build networks of influence partners and manage paid advertising campaigns to optimize ROI.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years for Specialist level or 5+ years for Manager level in a similar role.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Proven track record of improving engagement rates across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in major platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong experience in producing original video content and writing persuasive scripts.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.

• Proficiency in Japanese.
