Salary: Zone-based USD ranges from $186,400–$274,200 depending on location (San Jose highest, Utah lowest).

What you will do

• Lead development and refinement of product strategy aligned with corporate vision.
• Drive operating rhythm for Product organization including OKRs, reviews, and planning.
• Structure and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives from definition to implementation.
• Analyze data to generate insights and build models for senior leader recommendations.
• Craft executive presentations and partner across functions to translate strategy into roadmaps and KPIs.
• Advocate for data-driven decisions and serve as thought partner on complex challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with expertise in Strategy Consulting and Product-related roles (Strategy, Product Management, Business Operations); ideally 3+ years at SaaS company
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leaders on strategy and execution
• Deep familiarity with GenAI software and scaling AI initiatives
• Demonstrated driving high-impact initiatives and influencing via data-driven recommendations
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influence skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate at strategic and hands-on levels
