What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners to develop product vision and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to cross-functional product teams.
• Architect and design cloud-native hosted services and complex multi-tier applications.
• Build and maintain DevOps/CI environments using Terraform, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using DataDog and migrating to Prometheus/Thanos/Grafana and ELK stack.
• Develop RESTful web services and optimize queries for NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Requirements

• Advanced experience architecting cloud solutions in GCP or AWS.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitHub Actions) and monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong skills in high-level languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Expertise in MongoDB and creating/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data, stream processing, and machine learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of geospatial applications and databases.
• Google Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Kubernetes-adjacent tooling like Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD.
