Salary: $141,000 - $254,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Software Engineers in an agile environment.
  • Define and own the future-state roadmap, delivery milestones, and KPIs for the portfolio.
  • Guide architectural decisions to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions balancing cost and system impact.
  • Drive exploration and adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve team productivity and platform performance.
  • Set engineering standards and contribute to organization-wide quality processes.
  • Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development plans.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience leading engineering teams or complex technical initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience building and operating modern multi-tier digital applications in production.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript ecosystems, specifically React and Next.js.
  • Proficiency with AWS cloud-native architectures, including EKS, ECS, RDS, and DynamoDB.
  • Strong understanding of web fundamentals, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and authentication.
  • Must have the right to work in the United States.
