What you will do

  • Design and evolve pricing and packaging models, including usage-based pricing for cloud agents and enterprise billing.
  • Build fraud and abuse detection systems using risk scoring, policy engines, and enforcement pipelines.
  • Own the usage and limits experience, ensuring transparency for individual developers and enterprise administrators.
  • Develop grants and promotion systems for students and startups to drive adoption without creating exploitable attack surfaces.
  • Build internal revenue and fraud data tools, dashboards, and attribution systems for leadership decision-making.
  • Manage the Stripe integration, focusing on subscriptions, invoicing, metering, and webhook reliability at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience owning billing, payments, pricing, or fraud systems at a high-growth SaaS or usage-based product.
  • Deep technical and operational knowledge of Stripe (subscriptions, invoicing, metering, dispute handling).
  • Ability to balance business-level pricing strategy with technical debugging (e.g., troubleshooting webhook failures).
  • Experience with fraud and abuse prevention, including risk scoring and enforcement workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills for building business cases and interpreting complex usage data.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York.
