What you will do

• Develop high-quality 2D and 3D CAD models for customer site implementations.
• Configure and maintain CAD models to support installation projects and system upgrades.
• Ensure designs meet requirements for feasibility, performance, cost, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Gather critical design requirements and clarify site specifications directly with customers.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and project updates within CRM systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience using CAD software.
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong ability to visualize and design in three dimensions.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and iterate designs efficiently based on feedback.
