What you will do

• Manage the administration of formal insolvency appointments and restructuring engagements.
• Collect and analyze financial and operational data from clients, directors, and creditors.
• Prepare statutory records, case files, and reports for courts, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Conduct multi-jurisdictional research to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and reconciliations for a variety of advisory matters.
• Coordinate and maintain workstreams across multiple active engagements simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience, preferably with an international accounting firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing and able to work overtime at short notice as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.

• Progressing towards a professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with insolvency and/or restructuring assignments within the financial sector.
