What you will do

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for multiple concurrent federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Enforce full solicitation compliance using detailed matrices and requirement traceability.
• Translate win strategies into persuasive proposal content and messaging.
• Develop and maintain reusable content libraries and past performance repositories.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams of SMEs, writers, editors, and pricing specialists.
• Direct proposal production, formatting, and final delivery under high-pressure, quick-turn environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of federal proposal management experience with an IT/technical focus.
• Four-year degree from an accredited university.
• Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies or equivalent.
• Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and large-scale pursuits.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid schedule based in Fairfax, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) proposals.
• Experience in both prime and subcontractor proposal environments.
