What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with product management and relationship teams to respond to client requests promptly.
• Create and edit customized language for proposals by working with subject matter experts.
• Manage and update internal proposal content libraries to ensure integrity and quality.
• Proofread and check content for qualitative and quantitative accuracy.
• Translate complex technical features into compelling, client-focused value propositions.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP writing, or technical writing.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Availability during NAMER EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
• Experience within banking, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products, mobile banking technology, and security requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools like Loopio or Responsive.
