What you will do

• Lead high-impact strategic projects to optimize collaboration between Global Streaming Product (GSP) and hirify.global/NOW.
• Develop and champion new ways of working and guiding principles to unite teams from ideation to final delivery.
• Partner with product and data teams to measure the success of innovations through performance metrics.
• Solve complex organizational challenges within a dynamic, matrixed environment using a structured analytical approach.
• Create tailored presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
• Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to create a shared vision and momentum.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, strategy consulting, or technology/business transformation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to transform unstructured ideas into tangible strategies and projects.
• Experience in global media, entertainment, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) industries.
• Understanding of product, program, and project management methodologies.
