Product Manager (Power)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Integrated Products): Drives the development and performance of hardware plus embedded software solutions for the Low Voltage (LV) distribution space with an accent on understanding customer needs, analysing product performance, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and commercial teams. Focus on defining product roadmaps, translating customer problems into requirements, and delivering new product introductions (NPIs) and meaningful improvements.

What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and field performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product roadmaps, define problem statements, business cases, and priorities based on customer value and feasibility.
• Analyse financial performance, BOM costs, margins, and supply chain impacts.
• Translate customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain for delivery.
• Support planning, validation, certification, field trials, launches, and customer engagement.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in product management or systems engineering involving hardware and embedded software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to or interest in power engineering, system monitoring, cable diagnostics, or test and measurement.
