Location: Remote or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK (access to offices in St. Gallen or London required)

What you will do
- Own the strategic direction and roadmap for media processing and delivery capabilities, including user-facing features and core infrastructure.
- Identify and validate new opportunities to optimize user and customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product trios, Product Research, and Product Marketing to deliver solutions.
- Work with other teams across the product organization to ensure new capabilities are integrated into the platform.
- Transform technical foundations into commercially visible capabilities that drive pricing and platform adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, specifically in technical or infrastructure-heavy product areas.
- Must be based in or be able to work within Switzerland or the UK.
- Proficiency in managing technical topics such as APIs, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture.
- Proven ability to translate complex platform capabilities into usable products with clear packaging and documentation.
- Ability to bring clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with media processing, asset delivery, CDN, or video workflows.
- Experience with developer-facing products.
