What you will do

• Plan and deliver the digital product roadmap in collaboration with the VP Marketing - Digital.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of festival websites and apps, optimizing user experience and ticket purchase flows.
• Project manage the delivery of new websites and apps across various platforms.
• Adapt product content in real-time while working onsite during live events and festivals.
• Line manage, mentor, and develop the digital product team.
• Analyze weekly reports to drive growth in reach and ticket sales, implementing platform optimizations.

Requirements

• Experience developing websites and apps from scratch.
• Proficiency in using a variety of CMS platforms.
• Strong digital project management experience working with both internal teams and external agencies.
• Ability to perform data analysis using GA4 and other analytical tools.
• Experience in line management and staff development.
• Based in London, UK, and able to work flexible hours (weekends/evenings) during events.
