What you will do

• Define and articulate a clear multi-year product strategy and vision for the streaming platform.
• Develop a strategic roadmap grounded in audience insight, commercial opportunity, and market trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leadership, shaping thinking and influencing strategic decisions.
• Translate complex data and market signals into compelling strategic narratives.
• Coordinate across Product, Commercial, Content, Marketing, Technology, and Corporate Strategy departments.
• Evaluate external market trends and competitor moves to inform long-term direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience shaping long-term strategy for streaming or digital media platforms at scale.
• Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without line management duties.
• Track record of influencing strategic direction at the C-level executive level.
• Strong commercial and data-driven mindset to synthesize revenue and audience behavior.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complexity and deliver strategic stories.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Leeds or London.
