What you will do
- Own and grow relationships across a book of approximately 300 strategic accounts.
- Create and operationalize the playbook for managing and retaining customer relationships at scale.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure strategic customer feedback shapes product development.
- Leverage AI tools to monitor account health and implement proactive outreach strategies.
- Coordinate and execute on-site visits to customer farms and job sites.
- Report on at-risk customers and expansion opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and growing a large book of customer relationships with a focus on trust and retention.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and build processes from scratch.
- Data-driven mindset with experience creating processes to scale operations.
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and increase productivity.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Affinity or direct experience with agriculture, trucking, construction, or property management industries.
