What you will do

• Define long-term Ground strategy and growth priorities for Rail, Car, and mobility adjacencies.
• Own revenue growth, margin improvement, attach rates, and supplier performance for the Ground category.
• Establish end-to-end booking and servicing experience standards across web, mobile, and assisted channels.
• Partner with Global Business Partnerships to define partner strategy and ensure alignment between commercial commitments and product delivery.
• Collaborate with Platform & Engineering to translate category needs into scalable capabilities and aligned roadmap commitments.
• Establish success metrics and accountability structures to convert category objectives into marketplace-level impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in travel, marketplace, platform, or multi-sided ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue-driving product portfolios and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience scaling fragmented supplier ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making capability.
• Experience building and leading high-performing product teams.
