Salary: zł140,400 - zł210,600 annually

What you will do

  • Manage in-person and virtual events/webinars including lead management and success metrics.
  • Develop and launch regional/global marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative, digital, and content teams.
  • Create pre- and post-event campaigns to support Business Development Representatives' outreach.
  • Handle multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Communicate plans across sales/marketing teams to ensure alignment and strong relationships.
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to profile/target prospects and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B enterprise marketing; SaaS/cloud or financial institutions experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Skills in data analysis, KPIs, organizational/project management, and communication.
  • Some travel required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
