Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid approach (around four days a week in office). Must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Develop and champion the overarching media planning vision and AI-driven best practices for the client portfolio.
• Oversee the execution of data-driven media plans across all channels, ensuring optimization via AI.
• Act as the senior strategic consultant and point of contact for key clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of media planning professionals across the T&P and hirify.global networks.
• Drive adoption of WPP Open and the DIPAM workflow to standardize planning and performance tracking.
• Manage multi-market campaigns end-to-end, from brief interpretation through to reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing and executing multi-market media campaigns and deep knowledge of the international media landscape.
• Proven ability to act as a senior consultant and influence senior stakeholders on media strategy and investment.
• Advanced understanding of digital and traditional media channels and marketing/media mix modelling.
• Practical understanding of leveraging emerging technologies, particularly AI, to drive operational efficiency.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to construct compelling narratives from data.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.

• Prior experience with HNWI, luxury watches, jewelry, or fashion sectors with a luxury sensibility.
