What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into use cases.
- Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations for business and technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives.
- Develop solution storyboards and configure demo environments tailored to client challenges.
- Respond to technical RFPs/RFIs with accurate and timely input.
- Support pilots and proof-of-concept engagements with a hands-on, consultative approach.
- Participate in enablement, product updates, and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex sales cycles.
Nice to have
- Technical understanding of APIs, relational databases (SQL, Redshift, MongoDB), and SaaS architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and data integration workflows.
- Working knowledge of customer success, digital adoption, or community platforms.
