What you will do
- Serve as design owner and SME for assigned products across full lifecycle, supporting technical decisions and implementing design changes.
- Lead troubleshooting of field and factory issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure coordination across teams.
- Engage directly with customers on technical questions, issue resolution, and witness testing.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation like manuals, specs, and drawings to reflect as-built reality.
- Operate test equipment up to 600 VAC/1 MW and build test setups for failure analysis and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
- 3-8 years in data center power infrastructure, commercial/industrial power systems, UPS/switchgear/RPP/PDU/STS design/support, or embedded firmware/sensors/controls.
- Strong planning, organization, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with engineering tools (spreadsheets, CAD, documentation).
Nice to have
- Experience with power infrastructure or switchgear operation/design/sustainment.
- Knowledge of NEC and electrical standards.
- Experience with 2D CAD tools.
