What you will do

• Standardize budgeting and forecasting processes across all agencies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Build monthly and quarterly management packs identifying key metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Create financial models to analyze trends in revenue and operating expenditure.
• Develop and maintain accurate reports and data within Adaptive across all operating units.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting, commercial teams, and senior management across hirify.global EMEA.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Part qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• Ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner.
• Ability to concisely present information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong workflow management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Previous knowledge of Cartesis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with creating dashboards.
