What you will do

• Lead the annual Long Range Planning (LRP) process, setting financial targets and mission-critical KPI metrics.
• Manage the corporate budgeting process, including both rolling and annual budgets.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support high-stakes scenario planning and investment decisions.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to provide guidance, challenge assumptions, and improve profitability.
• Lead automation and process improvement to streamline reporting for the Board and Shareholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Qualified or nearly-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACA).
• Ability to translate complex financial datasets into compelling narratives for C-suite executives.
• Previous experience in team management and operating in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days a week.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support global financial strategy.
