What you will do

• Perform quality checks on documentation packages for enterprise merchants, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and onboarding requirements.
• Gather and verify contract information, KYC/AML documents, and risk documents from merchants.
• Provide preconsulting services, advise on missing details, and answer contract questions via emails, calls, and meetings.
• Handle requests from risk and sales teams, exchange with merchants, and support onboarding processes.
• Contribute to problem-solving, process improvements, and pre-sales activities for efficient setups.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to resolve customer requests with high service quality and meet SLAs.

Requirements

• English and Polish at a good level, plus fluent German or French (writing and speaking)
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Team player with international mindset, problem-solving, detail-oriented, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Previous experience in KYC/AML or customer care
• Experience in payment transactions environment (acquiring and merchant services)
