What you will do

• Process manual orders via phone, fax, email, prioritizing urgent requests and handling complaints.
• Manage billing, analyze discrepancies, and engage customers for collections.
• Track and resolve customer disputes on billings, credits, or payments.
• Monitor and fix sales order and interface issues (IDOCs).
• Support local O2C projects and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in O2C or Finance with customer service and process change experience.
• Proficient in English and Italian.
• Experience with SAP O2C Module.

Nice to have

• MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Spanish and French proficiency.
