What you will do
- Address customer inquiries through various support channels, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Leverage the knowledge base to resolve common customer queries efficiently.
- Identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Refine customer operations to uplift support offerings and bolster retention and revenue.
- Channel critical customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform updates and patches.
Requirements
- Must be based in Argentina.
- Solid written and spoken English.
- 2 years of customer support experience in startups or corporations, or a degree from a top-tier institution.
- Commitment to a 40-hour workweek, beginning at 2:00 PM Argentina Standard Time.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability and receptivity to feedback.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools such as Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, and Zendesk.
