What you will do

  • Address customer inquiries through various support channels, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Leverage the knowledge base to resolve common customer queries efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Refine customer operations to uplift support offerings and bolster retention and revenue.
  • Channel critical customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform updates and patches.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • Solid written and spoken English.
  • 2 years of customer support experience in startups or corporations, or a degree from a top-tier institution.
  • Commitment to a 40-hour workweek, beginning at 2:00 PM Argentina Standard Time.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Adaptability and receptivity to feedback.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, and Zendesk.
