What you will do
- Process, classify, and perform initial analysis of incoming requests via Jira Service Desk.
- Provide first-line operational support for project systems and configurations.
- Review and update configuration files using GitLab to ensure accuracy of changes.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Risk teams to resolve technical incidents.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and prioritize tasks based on business risk.
Requirements
- Higher or incomplete higher education, with a preference for technical university graduates.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, and ELK (Kibana).
- Basic knowledge of markup web languages (HTML, CSS).
- Working proficiency in English.
- Working proficiency in Russian.
- Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
