What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and plant efficiency targets.
• Coordinate with production, materials, and union teams to align schedules and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Act as liaison between plant operations, logistics, and customers to address delivery concerns and manage expediting.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems, and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Support change management, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives for delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in production scheduling or materials planning in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in unionized manufacturing facility strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems (SAP preferred); advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule as business needs require.
