What you will do

• Direct maintenance department to maintain and repair plant equipment with minimum downtime.
• Schedule and execute preventative maintenance for all machines.
• Supervise installation of new machines and inspect before use.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with production requirements.
• Enforce safety procedures, manage vendors, and control department budgets.
• Manage environmental compliance including audits, reporting, and waste control.

Requirements

• 7–10 years maintenance engineering experience in high-performance manufacturing.
• BS in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proven leadership, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple complex tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication, planning, and continuous improvement drive.
• Experience managing health & safety programs and ESH activities.
• Based in Jackson, TN facility.
