Junior FP&A Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic rolling forecasts.
• Track key financial and operational KPIs and prepare weekly performance overviews.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare data and slides for management presentations.
• Maintain planning tools such as Anaplan and ensure data alignment between BI systems and ERP.
• Contribute to the standardization and automation of FP&A processes to improve data quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance (including strong internships).
• Solid educational foundation in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gilching, Germany.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with financial modelling or forecasting.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of data tools like SQL.
• Previous internship experience in Consulting or FP&A.
