What you will do

• Drive reliable and on-time month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Manage cash accounting and steering to ensure full liquidity control across various currencies.
• Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, including expense management and vendor payments.
• Ensure accurate and compliant revenue accounting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Coordinate accounting operations for German, UK, and Romanian entities.
• Lead strategic projects including ERP implementation and the adoption of AI-driven finance tooling.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in fast-growing international environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Proven experience managing accounting across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Solid command of core accounting processes: close, cash, P2P, revenue, and fixed assets.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and German tax regulations.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or other high-growth scaling environments.
• Working proficiency in German.
