FP&A Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid (Ottobrunn, Germany) - Physical presence at headquarters at least four days per week required

What you will do

• Act as a trusted business partner for Engineering departments.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with business partners and the FP&A team.
• Deliver accurate monthly internal reporting, focusing on variances and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead project-controlling activities to monitor financial performance, risks, and opportunities within engineering functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling within industrial, manufacturing, or design engineering environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
