What you will do

• Act as product partner for customers, aligning needs with platform capabilities in roadmap discussions.
• Manage customer-driven platform features from discovery to engineering delivery and release.
• Write clear, detailed specs for engineers and steer customers toward feasible solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities and collaborate with account teams.
• Integrate professional services work into the product roadmap and ensure consistency with platform direction.

Requirements

• Experience as PM in enterprise software, data, or analytics with direct customer-facing work
• Able to manage multiple delivery streams and prioritize effectively
• Strong requirements discovery skills to distinguish customer asks from actual needs
• Comfortable saying no while maintaining relationships
• Hands-on background in BI, data engineering, or AI-driven analytics
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or implementation teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data stack concepts
• Experience in customer success or account growth
