What you will do

• Rotate through Capital Markets and Sales & Relationship Management teams over an 18-month period.
• Structure, originate, and execute financing transactions, including bonds, syndicated loans, and structured products.
• Prepare client pitches and analyze data to identify and generate transaction opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and discuss hedge solutions across asset classes like FX, commodities, and interest rates.
• Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and risk departments to manage complex transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, traders, and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree (preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, Econometrics, or Law).
• Maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Must be located in the Netherlands.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to deliver results within project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
