VP Finance (SaaS)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Minimum two days a week in the office at locations in Belgium (Ghent, Mont-Saint-Guibert), UK (London), Netherlands (Gouda), or Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the leadership team to create long-term strategic vision and annual business plans.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting for the Board and Visma.
• Manage legal, IP protection, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive financial operations including billing, credit control, and cash management.
• Lead M&A activities, due diligence, and integration efforts.
• Promote the adoption of AI and next-generation tools to enhance finance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (VP Finance, CFO, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech is required.
• Experience leading organizational efforts across multiple countries and offices.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for multi-country SaaS businesses.
