What you will do

• Support booking and monitoring of invoices to ensure timely and complete financial reporting.
• Manage the dedicated finance mailbox and handle administrative communications.
• Maintain a high-quality, consistent, and well-organized financial administration.
• Organize digital and physical archives of financial records for compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist in preparing data for monthly and period-end closings.
• Coordinate with mentors and logistics partners to resolve open invoice items.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify patterns and propose improvements.
