What you will do
- Represent the company as a shareholder and non-executive board member to drive financial and ESG performance.
- Oversee value creation plans, including operational improvements, capex programs, and exit readiness.
- Lead the end-to-end investment process for bolt-on acquisitions and consolidation strategies.
- Conduct and oversee due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, technical, and tax workstreams.
- Develop Global Infrastructure strategies by identifying emerging market trends and thematic opportunities.
- Mentor and coach the investment team to maintain a strong investment philosophy and process.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of relevant investment experience in infrastructure, real assets, or private markets.
- Demonstrated track record as a non-executive board member across infrastructure companies.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Completed postgraduate professional program such as CFA or CAIA.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is valued.
- Experience within an institutional investor, private equity fund, or pension fund environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in opex/capex planning, engineering, integration plays, or restructuring.
- Fluency in Dutch or other European languages.
