• Assist supervisors and managers in achieving productivity and quality department goals.
• Coordinate operational work in specific production areas to meet quantity and quality standards.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and guidelines within the facility.
• Utilize computer consoles to manage and complete production work activities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for most of a shift and perform repetitive physical motions including lifting and moving materials.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
