What you will do

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for large domestic and international entities.
• Ensure full compliance with internal payroll procedures and external tax mandated requirements.
• Perform gross-to-net calculations, manage voluntary deductions, and process off-cycle payments.
• Reconcile general deduction reports and coordinate compensation file uploads with IT.
• Manage child support, garnishment orders, and payroll tax payments for assigned entities.
• Support statutory reporting and international payroll data integration into financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen).
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with union, expatriate, and international payroll.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and General Ledger systems.
