What you will do

• Lead and grow a security engineering team through coaching, mentorship, and strategic hiring.
• Design, build, and operate security controls and tooling at scale, focusing on IAM and data security.
• Drive the evolution of corporate security capabilities across endpoint, SaaS, and cloud configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute risk reduction roadmaps and align strategies.
• Accelerate the adoption of AI by balancing practical enablement with risk management.
• Support security incident response efforts as a technical leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing people and security engineering teams.
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure, and hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Software development proficiency in modern languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience securing endpoint, SaaS, and cloud environments.
• Must be located in the eastern time zone.
