TL;DR

VP, Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and maintaining privileged access management infrastructure with an accent on Delinea Secret Server and JEP integrations. Focus on driving standardization, automating credential rotations, and leading the PAM strategic roadmap to reduce enterprise risk.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US near a hirify.global Hub)

Salary: $135,000 - $230,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP).
  • Integrate PAM vaults with various IT systems, applications, and network devices, including databases and ServiceNow.
  • Lead the technical PAM roadmap, design complex security architectures, and establish enterprise-wide standards.
  • Develop automation for PAM use cases using PowerShell, REST APIs, and JSON data handling.
  • Mentor engineers through code and configuration reviews and the development of engineering playbooks.
  • Monitor system health, apply patches, and provide on-call support for PAM system availability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP).
  • Strong knowledge of privileged credential lifecycle management and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and basic to intermediate SQL for reporting.
  • Experience with Linux/Bash for automating administrative tasks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
