What you will do

• Oversee and manage operational workflows for Alternative data processing.
• Develop and maintain effective process controls and metrics to ensure quality standards.
• Partner with the Research team to implement and run data quality validations.
• Manage the security master and security classification processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the financial industry, securities modeling, post-trade processing, or trade-surveillance systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mentality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and data providers.
• Mandatory right to work in the UK from the first day of employment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of alternative investments.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, PySpark), Databricks, Bloomberg, or Pitchbook.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
