What you will do

• Own the company-wide cash flow budgeting and forecasting process across monthly, quarterly, and long-term views.
• Develop downside, base case, and upside scenarios to assess the impact of revenue growth, hiring pace, and FX fluctuations on liquidity.
• Build detailed cash inflow projections including committed ARR, projected overages, and new business pipelines.
• Conduct monthly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and Forecast vs. Actual (FvA) cash analysis to identify trends and explain variances.
• Manage the Planful Balance Sheet Forecasting module in partnership with the Accounting team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, GTM, HR Ops, and FinOps to improve cash predictability.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably within a public or pre-IPO SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, external reporting requirements, and working capital disclosure.
• Demonstrated expertise in building complex financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, ARR dynamics, and balance sheet forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for complex modeling and scenario analysis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
