Base Salary Range: £47,600 - £63,300 per year (new hires)

Manages the Pokémon property outside of Asia, responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, Pokémon Trading Card Game, animated TV series, home entertainment, and official Pokémon website.

What you will do

• Build and execute the trade governance program for the European region.
• Develop guidelines and training content for cross-functional trade compliance understanding.
• Assist with work instructions, SOPs for import/export processes, and HTS classification database.
• Research regulations on valuation, drawback, reconciliation, forced labor; support Restricted Party Screening and Free Trade Agreements.
• Implement corrective actions from audits, process improvements, and automation with Logistics, Product Development, Brokers.
• Work effectively across time zones.

Requirements

• 4+ years in import/export operations and European trade compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Trade Compliance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience identifying compliance risks, recommending solutions, managing projects in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Key technical knowledge: import/export filing, HS classification, country of origin, product valuation, Incoterms, customs procedures.
• English fluency required
