Location: Hybrid in London (Minimum 60% office attendance required over a 12-week period)

Salary: £85K – £95K

What you will do

• Deliver new functionality and features using C# .NET and AWS infrastructure.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from code to production, including deployment and monitoring.
• Design and maintain scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
• Contribute to high-level technical decisions and continuously improve the codebase.
• Act as a coach and mentor to less experienced engineers through pair-programming.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to deliver end-to-end features and cross-functional epics.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with C# .NET and its latest features.
• Proven experience building and operating microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with identity and authentication systems (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IdentityServer).
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools.
• Familiarity with New Relic and ELK stack for observability.
