What you will do

• Participate in a 2-year rotation program consisting of up to 4 rotations across different FP&A teams.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop bottom-up forecasts and budgets.
• Create actionable variance analysis comparing financial results with relevant benchmarks.
• Support the development of new business cases to strengthen the company's value proposition.
• Drive special projects focused on FP&A process improvement and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams on month-end close activities for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field.
• Recently graduated with relevant internship experience or up to 1 year of working experience.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and large datasets.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities.
