What you will do

• Design and evolve analytics and usage metrics for developers and administrators.
• Develop experiences for managing settings, preferences, and Cursor Rules.
• Build onboarding flows for individual developers and large organizations.
• Design roles and permissions management systems to scale across multiple products.
• Create enterprise insights and ROI reports for engineering leadership.
• Define the underlying data model for usage tracking and attribution.

Requirements

• Experience building dashboards, analytics products, or admin consoles for technical products.
• Proven track record of shipping useful metrics and reporting.
• Expertise in designing onboarding flows at both individual and organizational scales.
• Experience with access control and permissions systems.
• Ability to handle ambiguity across billing, security, and enterprise domains.
• Must be located in or able to work from San Francisco or New York
