What you will do

• Define project scope, work plans, and timelines for business tool optimizations in collaboration with department leaders.
• Take ownership of functional responsibilities, including process design, vendor evaluation, and functional solution design.
• Administer and manage SaaS platforms including Gong, DocuSign, Avaya, Alchemer, and OnceHub.
• Partner with leadership to maximize Gong AI insights for coaching, pipeline visibility, and customer sentiment analysis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal technical documentation and architectural design materials.
• Perform administrative functions including user account management, security configurations, and Salesforce integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting various business systems and SaaS tools.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including familiarity with installed packages and integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and modern SaaS technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Location: Based in Serbia (required for in-person interviews)

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or administering Gong or other conversation intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management platforms.
